Is anyone going on the trip this March? I was wondering how many people are going and would like to hear from some of you that are. This will be my first time so if you have any suggestions let me know. Thanks.

Hey Chad, I went on the last one in November and really enjoyed it. Alot of good people, conversation, food, entertainment and the river was just beautiful. If you like the outdoors, camping and yaking, you'll enjoy yourself. Just have to be prepaired for the elements. Norma

New to the forum. Just thought I'd answer and let you know that I will be joining the trip in March. I'm surprised that there are not more responses as it is just 3 weeks away.

Hi Chad, there are two of us going. We will be using an inflatable kayak that we just bought. She seems to handle pretty good inspite of the inexperienced paddlers that she is having to contend with. We are looking forward to our first Paddle Florida too so we can't tell you anything about it except we are "stoked" about going. My suggestion is to bring rain gear and we just tried out for the first time some neoprene booties that we wear with water shoes and they worked great at keeping our feet from getting cold.
