White Springs to State Park

Can someone tell me how far it is along the river from White Springs to Suwannee River State Park and/or how long it will take to paddle?  I'm trying to plan a weekend trip with some friends and this looks like it would be a good stretch to do, but I've never been, so don't know what to expect time wise.
Also, is there an outfitter or someone else I can contact to help me with shuttling?

the Canoe Outpost @ the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park
will answer your questions and help you plan a trip.
(this trip will prolly require a one night camp)

Cool.  Thanks.  I've e-mailed them, but not gotten a response yet.
I was hoping it would be a good one-nighter.  I've got some little guys going, so I wanted to be able to do a one nighter if they got too itchy for home.
